4 boneless pork chops (seasoned with salt & pepper)
2 T. oil
1 egg
1 box of Stove Top Dressing (I used the chicken flavor, but I think the corn bread would be good too)
1 regular size can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
Brown your pork chops in 2 T. of oil; while these are browning, beat the egg, add the cream of mushroom soup and mix well. Add the stove top dressing mix. Pour the dressing mixture into a glass baking dish that has been lightly greased and spread on the bottom. Lay your pork chops on top of dressing and then pour the 1 cup of water over all ingredients. Cover with foil.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes (could take longer depending on the thickness of your pork chops) Remove foil the last 10 minutes of cooking.
