To die for beef roast!

I fixed this roast for Father's Day.....it is my absolute favorite recipe for roast! I got this recipe off of Taste of Home..


rump roast (I cooked 2 roast)
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. dry brown gravy mix
4 cups water

Mix together the dry mixes with the water.
Place roast in crock pot and pour water mixture over roast.
Cook on low for about 10 hours or overnight.
Remove roast from crock pot and let rest on cutting board.
Slice and place in serving dish.
Take the liquid from the roast and pour into a saucepan. Bring to a low boil and thicken.
Pour some of the gravy over roast and save the rest to serve with mashed potato's!
